  • What types of apartments are available?

    We have a limited collection of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments to buy in our Bosden building in Stopford Park. And a range of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments to rent in our Torkington and Lyme buildings in Stopford Park.

  • When will the apartments in Bosden be available to reserve?

    Our first release will be Summer 2026. The best way to make sure you’re first to hear is to join the waitlist and the team will be in touch.

  • Will the apartments in Bosden be available to buy or rent?

    All 62 apartments in Bosden at Stopford Park are for sale only. If you’ve not hopped onto the property ladder this could be your time. If you want to get into Stockport, now is definitely the time.

  • When will the apartments to rent be available?

    Apartments to rent will be in our Torkington and Lyme buildings. We’re due to release our first apartments to rent in Torkington in Autumn 2026.

  • Can I have a look around?

    The show apartment in Bosden is due to be open from Autumn 2026. If you’re on the waitlist we’ll be sure to invite you to the opening for a first look.
