Buying off plan might sound daunting, but our team will keep it super simple. Here’s  how to secure your spot at Stopford Park step by step.

Pick of the Plots
First thing’s first, find your fit. We’ll sit down together with the plans so you can pick the exact apartment that speaks to you.
Your Reservation
A short reservation form and fee and it's off the market for you. The fee isn't an extra cost, it’ll get taken off your final balance. From here, the clock starts ticking for the next 28 days.
The Legal Bit...
Now you bring in the pros. You’ll instruct your solicitor (we can point you toward some local legends if you need recommendations) to handle the paperwork. They’ll review the contract pack, carry out the necessary searches, and dig into the details to make sure everything is watertight.
Mortgage Offer & Survey
Whilst that legal stuff is happening, your mortgage lender will sort a valuation or survey and issue you with your formal mortgage offer. Our team will keep in touch with your broker, lender and solicitor to help keep it all moving along as smoothly as possible.
Exchange Contracts
Usually within 28 days of reserving. This is when you pay your 10% deposit (minus that reservation fee). Once the ink is dry, that's it for a bit.
Watch and Wait
This is the easy part. While we’re busy on site finishing your new home the team will keep you in the loop with updates. As soon as you can get in for a look we’ll let you know.
The Final Stretch
Once everything is finished we’ll serve a Notice to Complete. You’ll then have about 10 working days to get your ducks in a row. Your solicitor transfers the final funds, we hand over the keys, and that’s it! You’re a new home owner at Stopford Park and we can’t wait to welcome you.

Not ready to buy? No worries. There will be plenty of apartments available to rent soon.

Our second address to launch at Stopford Park will be Torkington. A collection of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. You’ll also be able to enjoy a roof terrace, cafe and space to socialise.

All you need to do is register your details and a member of the lettings team will be in touch when the time is right.

    We have a limited collection of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments to buy in our Bosden building in Stopford Park. And a range of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments to rent in our Torkington and Lyme buildings in Stopford Park.

  • When will the apartments in Bosden be available to reserve?

    Our first release will be in Autumn 2025. The best way to make sure you’re first to hear is to join the waitlist and the team will be in touch.

  • Will the apartments in Bosden be available to buy or rent?

    All 62 apartments in Bosden at Stopford Park are for sale only. If you’ve not hopped onto the property ladder this could be your time. If you want to get into Stockport, now is definitely the time.

  • When will the apartments to rent be available?

    Apartments to rent will be in our Torkington and Lyme buildings. We’re due to release our first apartments to rent in Torkington in Winter 2026.

  • Can I have a look around?

    Show apartments are due to be open from early 2026. If you’re on the waitlist we’ll be sure to invite you to the opening for a first look.
